Dreamland

I painted Dreamland at the beginning of spring. It reflects the openness and cheerfulness that comes with the season. It's a landscape that has a dreamy feeling to it. Luscious and soft at the same time. Depth, expectations, a whole summer coming up. Dreamland it is. I painted it with acrylic on canvas. After a while I painted a brother to the sister: Waterlilies

Dreamland is geschilderd aan het begin van de lente. Dat verklaart de kleuren, de openheid en vrolijkheid, die bij dit seizoen horen. Het is een landschap met een wat dromerige uitstraling. Zowel weelderig als zacht. Een weergave van verwachtingen en een zomer die in aantocht is. Het is gemaakt met acryl op canvas. Het tweede schilderij in deze kleine serie heet Waterlelies
