Adjusting

The main subject of this semi-abstract landscape is the flow, the freedom of movement of nature. A landscape never stays the same, it always moves. And the earth must adapt to these movements. This is especially true if water is given the opportunity to find its own way. In this painting I tried to capture the beauty and silence that comes with adjusting and flowing movements. And as always, I try to show spaciousness. The many layers of acrylic paint provide depth.

Het hoofdonderwerp van dit semi-abstracte landschap is de flow, de bewegingsvrijheid van de natuur. Een landschap blijft nooit hetzelfde, het beweegt altijd. En de aarde moet zich altijd aanpassen aan deze bewegingen. Dit geldt zeker als water de kans krijgt zijn eigen weg te vinden. Die aanpassing en vloeiende bewegingen heb ik in dit schilderij proberen te vangen. En daarbij probeer ik zoals altijd ruimtelijkheid te tonen. Dit schilderij is gemaakt met vele lagen acrylverf die diepte geven.
